For your convenience, we've provided the templates that you will need to create the artwork for each of the different types of inserts, booklets and discs that we offer.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK WITH BALLMEDIA PRIOR TO USING TEMPLATES FOR DESIGN TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ONE.
If you have any questions or concerns, or require a different template for a different type of packaging, please consult your salesperson.
Once you have your files completed and ready to submit to us, please use one of the following methods:
Uploading digital files
Uploading your artwork directly to our servers can significantly decrease turnaround time of your project. Please note that our server is for current orders only and all files will be deleted after 14 days.
- Upload to our server at www.ballmedia.com
- Use the UPLOADS link found on the top right of the header navigation bar
- The maximum per-file size limit is 200MB
- Avoid uploading individual files if possible. Zipping or Stuffing into a single file is preferred.
- In order for us to better serve you please include your purchase order number with all correspondence. If you do not have a purchase order number please contact your sales representative.
Mailing CD/DVD of digital files
If your art files exceed 200MB, please submit your art via CD/DVD to the address below:
